LOW-E glass

Term Interpretation:  

* Coated glass is a kind of float glass that its surface plated with metal film or a non-conducting medium.

* The coated glass can be divided into two categories according to the function: sun-controlled coated glass and Low-e coated glass.

* Sun-controlled coated glass:formerly know as heat reflective glass or coated glass. It has a certain control function on the wavelength of 350nm-1800nm.

* Low-E coated glass: It has a high reflective function on far-infrared during the wavelength of 4.5μm-25μm. The Low-E glass can also complex with the function of sun-control, it’s called sun-controlled Low-E glass(SUN-E).

 

Product feature:

* Sun-controlled coated glass

* Visible light transmittance: high visible light transmittance of XFX sun-controlled coated glass. It has beyond the definition of traditional coated glass that transmittance≤35% and XFX has more choice.

* Reflection color: the color is soft and not dazzling. And there is 5 kinds of products available.

* Complexity: there is many kinds of product that can be processed in different places.such as: insulating glass,Low-E glass.

* Scope of application:  building door, window,curtain wall, dividers, commercial refrigerator door etc.


Note:

* When installing, the film layer should be indoor.

* Product should be designed for anti heat cracking.

* Forbid touch the film layer with acid sealant. It should use neutral and volatile hydrocarbon solvent for cleaning.

* The film layer inside are not advised.

* When processing, the film of flash parts should be removed

* When the basic products can be made into insulating glass, the membrane surface should be in hollow glass cavity.

* The products do not used in single.

* The basic products are not suitable for the synthesis of laminated glass.

* The basic products are not suitable for homogenization treatment after heat treatment.

* The insulating glass filled with inert gas will have superior performance.

* The filled sealant should be neutral sealant material.
